I am here helping women balance their hormones and heal their gut with the help of Nutritional Therapy.
Nutritional therapy is not a 'one size fits all' approach. Together we can find the root cause of the symptoms you have been suffering from.
We will conduct a plan on how you can overcome these symptoms. You may have felt this way for as long as you can remember. It will take some time to get where you want to be. There will be ups and downs, but I am here to give you support on your journey to optimal health.
The knowledge you will gain from working together will have you feeling empowered and strong knowing you are able to overcome these inconveniences with the help of real food.

Hi! I’m Lynsey.
As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I am here to help you navigate through all the ‘common but not normal' symptoms. I will teach how food is your nourishment, not a hindrance. We need to stop letting food rule us. You do not need to earn your food. Together we can take charge of your health and eat delicious food.
This may feel like a long road ahead, but I am here to encourage and guide you.
I deal with digestive issues, hormonal imbalance and have tried many diets. I did the low-calorie diets (many times), Keto, and on/off Fasting. I did all that while doing high-intensity workouts. I thought those diets would help me, but I was not healing. I started changing my eating habits by introducing real, whole food. I stopped counting calories and worrying about carbs. I then enrolled in the Nutritional Therapy Association to learn more about holistic nutrition. Now, I am an FNTP, and I get to teach others about healthy eating!
